  • •Molten glass is gathered with a blowpipe — by hand
  • •Breath and motion shape the first form
  • •While still hot, it’s guided using hand tools — not moulds
  • •The base is formed with careful rotations and smooth shaping
  • •It rests in a kiln for 8–12 hours to release internal tension
  • •Slow cooling prevents warping or cracks
  • •Each one is checked for balance and symmetry
  • •Final polishing reveals its clarity and smoothness
  • •A last quality check — and it’s ready to pour
