Each EQUILO glass is designed with intention — from the base to the rim, every curve invites aroma, balance, and depth.
Inspired by the sensory science of flavour and the art of presence, it brings together form and feeling. Whether you’re pouring wine, spirits, or something sparkling, it’s made to elevate the moment.
What are the different EQUILO models?
Each EQUILO glass is shaped to bring out the best in different kinds of drinks:
- No.1 – Spirit (235ml)
Made for neat pours — like whiskey, rum, cognac, amaro, dessert wines, or espresso martinis.
- No.2 – Wine (435ml)
Crafted for bold reds — think Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet blends, or Sangiovese.
(Some also enjoy using it for whites — go with what feels right for you.)
- No.3 – Universal (425ml)
The most versatile — perfect for white wine, rosé, sparkling wine, cocktails, or even sparkling water.
These are guidelines — not rules. Let your preferences pour freely.
Is there a difference in how each glass affects the taste?
Yes — shape changes everything.
Each EQUILO model is tuned to enhance specific aromas and flavour notes, so your wine, spirit, or cocktail opens up beautifully.
Whether you’re sipping bold red or a chilled spritz, the glass helps each note feel more expressive, more balanced — and more alive.
Why don’t the glasses have a stem?
The stemless design is part of EQUILO’s quiet genius.
It brings natural balance, fits comfortably in the hand, and invites movement — letting aromas unfold with every swirl.
It’s a subtle shift that many say changes everything.
Are all glasses identical?
Not quite — and that’s the charm.
Every EQUILO glass is individually mouth-blown, so no two are exactly alike. Small differences in shape or rim are a mark of true craftsmanship — not flaws, but proof that your glass is one of a kind.
If something feels off beyond natural variation (like a sharp edge or crack), just let us know within 48 hours — we’ll make it right.
Are the glasses dishwasher safe?
Yes — though we recommend hand-washing and polishing to keep the crystal clear and luminous for years to come.
Can the glasses go in the freezer or fridge?
A short chill in the fridge can enhance your pour.
We suggest skipping the freezer — the glass prefers gentler temperatures, and so does the moment.
Can I use the glass for hot drinks?
EQUILO is thoughtfully crafted for wine, spirits, and cold beverages — where clarity, aroma, and temperature come together beautifully.
To keep the glass safe and the experience seamless, we don’t recommend using it for hot liquids.

Delivery, Returns & Replacements
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on all orders, Australia-wide.
How long does delivery take?
For most locations in Australia, delivery takes around 7–12 business days, with an extra 1–3 days for processing.
We’ll send tracking as soon as your order enters processing — so you can follow every step.
Live further out? If you're in a regional or remote area (like parts of QLD, NT, or WA), delivery can take a little longer depending on your local courier. But we’ll keep you updated the whole way through.
In rare cases, if an item is damaged during transit, your order may be automatically returned and re-sent. If that happens, we’ll let you know right away — and make sure it arrives safely.
During periods of high demand, like our current promotion, delivery may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Why is my order delayed?
Most orders arrive on time — but occasionally, life gets in the way.
A few common reasons:
- Couriers are especially busy
- You’re a little further out, and couriers need a touch more time
- We’re shipping during a high-demand period
- A shipment was returned for safety and is being resent
Whatever the reason, we’ll keep you informed. And if you’re unsure — just reach out. We're happy to check for you.
Where do you deliver from?
Every EQUILO glass is crafted and packaged in Europe — primarily in Italy — then sent from one of our fulfilment hubs, depending on your location.
For Australian orders, this is usually our Asia-Pacific warehouse, allowing for faster and more sustainable shipping — while still ensuring the same high standard of care and protection.
No matter where your parcel starts, the glass inside always begins with true craftsmanship.
How are the glasses packaged?
Each EQUILO glass is carefully wrapped and placed in its own recyclable box — by hand, in Europe. Once packaged, it stays in that same protective case until it reaches your door.
We avoid re-boxing or extra handling, so you receive your glass just as it left the maker’s hands — protected and ready to pour.
Some items in my order are missing — what should I do?
Depending on stock location, items are sometimes sent in separate shipments.
If something seems missing, it’s likely on the way in another parcel.
Still unsure? Just let us know — we’ll happily take a look.
What if my glass arrives broken?
We take great care to protect each glass — but in rare cases, accidents can happen in transit.
If your glass arrives damaged, just email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost, and make sure the experience ends on a good note.
Can I return my order?
Yes — if you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days.
Just make sure the glass is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund.
I haven’t received an order confirmation — what now?
First, check your spam or promotions folder.
If it’s been over 24 hours and still no sign, just email us — we’ll resend it straight away.

Do you offer gift cards or digital vouchers?
Yes — we offer digital gift cards that can be used on any item in the shop.
They're a thoughtful choice if you’re unsure which glass to give.

Can I add a gift note to my order?
We don’t currently offer custom gift notes at checkout — but we’re working on it.
In the meantime, feel free to email us right after placing your order.
If we receive your note in time, we’ll do our best to include it with care.
Can I place a large or bulk order for an event or wedding?
Yes — we’re happy to accommodate bulk orders for weddings, events, or corporate gifting.
Because each EQUILO glass is crafted with care, we kindly ask for a bit of lead time.

Not at the moment. EQUILO is exclusively available online through our official store.
